I think eucalyptus takes time to go bad, maybe even 2 days in advance it is doable, and then we put them on the table. The florist does not have to know it is for the wedding. There are also some preserved flowers available in Etsy too (alternative options).

For the "il rito" where we exchange vows, I might make my "arch" with fake flowers in advance, so I keep my nerves calm for that part at least

I red they hair spray is useful to preserve dried flowers, but I honestly have no idea if this would work for eucalyptus too.

Visualizza messaggio citato If you have a beautiful location (maybe a garden) you don't need to spend too much on flowers...
I spent 50 euro total (Just got my bouquet done, the location had a flowered garden where we got married and the restaurant also included tables decoration in the price.)
Try to ask If the restaurant includes floral decorations... I suggest that you ask to many florist, because here in Italy when you say you're getting married, sellers kind of... Lose the sense of limit 😂😂😂 same for hair and makeup...

I do agree with Beatrice, if there is a signed agreement stating that the wedding planner is included, they have to provide it to you, or they have to give you a discount.

I suggest to speak again with them, in order to clarify this situation.

BTW, for flowers I think you can organize everything between February and March, youll be perfectly on time

Unfortunatelly I cannot support very much since I don’t know any supplier in Calabria. It seems to me that 2500€ are quite enough for nice flowers... good luck!!

Visualizza messaggio citato Well, this is not fair! When will you get married? If in the contract it’s written that the Wedding Planner is included, you must have the wedding planner! Ask them for he/she, you’re already paying for a service you’re not using..

The day I made the contract they offered the wedding planner included. Then they had conflicts with each other and I was left without one. This was quite a bit of a headache for me since I don't live in Calabria and needed to do everything on my own. I managed some parts, I got the dress, found options for florists, video-maker, and potential photographers. But, now I need to add the wedding planner cost on top of my budget, even though it had to be included. (The venue said they will provide it but well, it is November and still, nothing is provided)

It is true. I am actually sending requests now for wedding planners but so far they ask sth like 3500 euro, and on top of that I need to allocate enough money for the florist (2500 euro for flowers is my limit) that makes it hard within my budget.

I know having the wedding planner makes everything more smooth, but I have already arranged many parts of my wedding (video-maker, dress, stationery, ..) and I am only concerned about the design.

Btw I love the styles 🥰 I hope you will find a solution!

I agree with Rebecca! I think that a wedding planner might be a good investment! Does your location have a wedding planner? Some locations include in the price some extras like a wedding planner!

Have you ever thought of getting a wedding planner? She could organise the location as you like and she could manage the other suppliers.
